Legal consent and email confirmation
Learn how Terms and Privacy consent works during signup and what to do if the verification email does not arrive.

Ampere asks you to accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you create an account or continue through an account-access flow that requires updated legal consent. Ampere may also ask you to confirm your email address before you enter the app.
Use this article if you are signing up, using Google sign-in, returning after a legal-consent prompt, or waiting for the verification email.
Accept the current terms when prompted
During signup, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links, then select the consent checkbox before you create the account. The Sign up button stays unavailable until the form has the required information and the consent checkbox is selected.
If you use Google to sign up or sign in, Ampere may ask you to confirm that you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before continuing with Google. If you already have an account and Ampere has updated the legal terms, you may see an in-app consent screen before entering the app.
Only accept if you are comfortable with the current terms and are signing in as yourself or on behalf of an organization you are authorized to use.
Confirm your email after signup
After signup, check your inbox for the verification email and open the verification link. The link confirms your email address and sends you back to the appropriate Ampere destination.
If you do not see the email, check spam or junk folders first. If it still is not there, return to the verification page, enter the same email address, and select Resend verification email.
If you used the wrong email address
If the verification page shows the wrong address or you typed the wrong email during signup, use Sign up again and create the account with the correct email address.
Do not share the verification link with someone else. The link is meant for the email account used during signup.
If the link does not work
Verification links can expire or become invalid after they are used. If a link no longer works, request a new verification email from the verification page.
If you already confirmed the email, use Sign in from the verification page or go to the sign-in page directly. If sign-in still fails, use the password reset flow or contact support with the email address you used and the approximate time you tried to confirm the account.
Where to go next
For the current legal documents, read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For the broader account setup flow, read Sign up and create your organization. For data-handling basics, read Privacy and data handling basics.
