Custom invoicing and higher credit ceilings FAQ

Learn when to use standard plans and when to contact Ampere about custom invoicing, higher credit ceilings, or contract terms.

Last verified 2 days ago

Ampere's standard monthly and annual plans cover most teams. If your team needs custom invoicing, a higher credit ceiling, or specific contractual terms, contact Ampere support so the team can review the request with you.

The public pricing FAQ directs teams with custom invoicing, higher credit ceiling, or contractual-term needs to contact Ampere support.

Do standard plans support most teams?

Yes. Ampere has standard monthly and annual subscription tiers. Every tier unlocks the full product; the tier changes the billing cadence and included credit allowance.

Use a standard plan when your team can work within the listed monthly or annual credit allowance, payment flow, and billing terms.

When should we ask about custom invoicing?

Contact support when your finance or procurement process needs something outside the standard self-serve flow, such as custom invoicing or specific contractual terms.

Send the request to support@ampere.app. Include the organization name, the billing contact, and the billing setup you need so the team can route the request cleanly.

When should we ask about a higher credit ceiling?

Ask about a higher credit ceiling when the standard subscription tiers, top-ups, or auto-recharge settings do not fit your expected usage.

For context, top-ups are available in fixed credit units, and auto-recharge has configurable threshold, recharge amount, and monthly cap controls. If those controls do not give your team enough room, contact support with your expected monthly usage range and the kind of work you expect Ampere to run.

Does contacting support mean a custom plan is active?

No. Contacting support starts the conversation. Ampere reviews custom invoicing, higher credit ceiling, and contractual-term needs directly with the team. A custom arrangement is active only after Ampere confirms it with you.
