Save favorite AI Tools

Save AI Tools you use often, filter the catalog to favorites, and remove a favorite when your workflow changes.

Last verified 2 days ago

Favorites help you keep the AI Tools and workflows you use most often within easy reach. Save a tool once, then use the catalog Favorites filter when you want to return to it quickly.

Use favorites for repeated jobs such as research checks, content generation, image workflows, or any catalog item you expect to revisit.

Add a favorite

Open Catalog, find the AI Tool or workflow you want to save, and select the heart control on its card or detail page. When the heart is filled and the button says Favorited, the item is saved.

A filled heart and Favorited label show that the AI Tool has been saved to favorites.

You can favorite items from the catalog grid while browsing, or from the AI Tool detail page after you open it. The detail page keeps the same saved state across tabs such as Playground, History, Examples, and Pricing.

View only favorites

On the catalog page, select Favorites to filter the catalog to saved items. The count beside the filter shows how many favorites match the current catalog view.

The Favorites filter narrows the catalog to AI Tools and workflows you saved.

Favorites work alongside the catalog's other controls. If you search, sort, switch between Tools and Workflows, or choose categories while Favorites is on, the grid shows saved items that also match those filters.

Remove a favorite

To remove a favorite, select the filled heart again. The button changes back to Favorite, and the item leaves the Favorites-filtered view after the catalog refreshes.

Removing a favorite only changes your saved list. It does not affect past runs, scheduled tasks, available AI Tools, or anything your team has already created.

Know what favorites are for

Favorites are a personal shortcut inside your current organization. They are best for quick access to AI Tools and workflows you already know you will reuse.

They do not replace search or categories. Use search when you know the name or outcome you want, use categories when you are exploring a type of work, and use favorites when you want to return to saved items.
