Writing profiles, clearer results, and new guides

You can now shape how Ampere writes, keep final answers easier to review, and learn from a redesigned Resource Hub with two practical AI-agent guides.

AmpereBillingPlatform

You can now shape Ampere's writing for your Organization, focus on finished answers with less execution noise, and use two new Resource Hub guides to brief and review AI-agent work.

What's new

  • Set a shared Writing profile. Organization admins and owners can choose Ampere's tone, level of detail, and vocabulary, then add guidance and short examples of what good writing sounds like. A side-by-side preview makes the effect easier to judge before the profile becomes the default for new work. Work that is already running or queued keeps the profile it started with.
  • Get clearer writing and calmer completed sessions. Ampere's built-in writing now leads with the useful conclusion, keeps decision-worthy evidence, and makes next steps easier to spot. After successful work, the final answer stays prominent while the preceding work can sit inside one compact Worked for summary that you can reopen whenever you want the detail. Questions, interrupted work, and unresolved errors remain visible instead of being mistaken for a finished result.
  • Learn with a redesigned Resource Hub. The new hub opens with a spotlight guide and simpler topic browsing. Two practical guides are now available: one explains how to brief an AI marketing agent, and the other explains how AI agents move from a request to researched, reviewable work.
  • Review updated privacy choices before anything changes. When a marketing-measurement purpose changes materially, Ampere keeps your earlier choice in place until you review and confirm it. The privacy guide now explains the choices, the information advertising partners may receive, retention, and how to withdraw future measurement.
  • Keep working through normal subscription renewal. When a known renewal is still processing, Ampere can keep the unused credits you already paid for available during the bounded renewal window, show a truthful renewal status, and keep prior-period work from reducing the next period's allowance.

Why it matters

Your team gets a consistent writing starting point without giving up factual accuracy, sources, approvals, or safety boundaries. Finished work is faster to scan, the underlying activity is still inspectable, and the new guides make it easier to give an agent a useful brief and review what comes back. Clearer privacy and renewal states also reduce surprises around your choices and available credits.
