Intro codes, avatar previews, and clearer alerts.

Start with an intro invitation, create and reuse avatars with clearer previews, and choose when Monitoring asks Ampere to act.

BillingAmperePlatform

You can now redeem an intro invitation, review and reuse AI avatars more easily, and decide whether a monitor sends an alert or starts follow-up work.

What's new

  • Invitation codes for your intro. If you've received a code from us, you can apply it before checkout to reduce or cover the standard $7 intro fee. Eligible new Organizations still receive seven days and 2,500 credits, plus free guided Brand Context onboarding worth up to 1,500 additional credits. Your payment method and selected monthly plan remain part of checkout; the code applies to the intro fee only.
  • Less setup for AI avatars. Ampere drafts an editable avatar brief from your request and available context. Review the direction, confirm the necessary rights, then approve the portrait and voice separately. For a newly designed voice, you can review the proposed direction before generating its preview. The saved avatar appears with its portrait and playable voice preview.
  • Reuse avatars where you're working. Open AI Avatars from the Workspace menu to browse, search, and inspect your Organization's saved avatars. Choose Use Avatar to prepare an editable message in your current session, with your attachments preserved. You decide when to send it.
  • Monitoring follows your instructions. Leaving the optional action blank now keeps the monitor alert-only. You can review the detected changes and available evidence without starting an unrequested Ampere follow-up that spends additional credits. Add an action when you want Ampere to prepare work from a finding. Monitor checks retain their usual credit charges.
  • Steadier sessions and more economical image drafts. Required questions stay available after a refresh, so you can answer and continue the same work. Recovery is better at preserving available responses from interrupted sessions. Ampere also uses lower-cost defaults for supported image generation and editing, helping you explore visual directions more economically.

Why it matters

These changes give you more control over how you get started, approve creative choices, and use credits. You can build a reusable avatar without filling out a long form, keep market alerts separate from follow-up work, and pick up a session with less repetition.

Where to find it

Enter an invitation code on the intro checkout page when you have one. Codes are available to selected recipients and follow their stated eligibility, expiry, and redemption limits. Your selected monthly plan starts after the intro unless you cancel renewal in Billing; you can also start the full plan earlier.

Ask Ampere to create an AI avatar, or open Workspace → More Workspace actions → AI Avatars to reuse one. In Monitoring, create or edit a monitor and add an optional action only when you want follow-up work.
